How to format your Revenue sheet

  • Tab name: must be Revenue (the workflow looks for that exact tab).
  • Row 1 headers: date, amount, category, status (lowercase — capitalized works, but keep it simple).
  • Date: use YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 2026-09-15) — it never gets misread.
  • Amount: plain numbers work best (450). Symbols and commas ($1,200.50) are fine — just don't leave it blank.
  • Category: free text — anything that fits your business (Recurring Cleanings, Add-ons, etc.).
  • Status: only overdue, failed, unpaid (case-insensitive) get flagged as problems. Everything else (paid, pending, blank) counts as normal revenue.

Revenue Pulse Monitor

Trigger: you connect your business and a revenue Google Sheet URL. Data: each morning the automation reads your sheet, totals this period's revenue, compares it to last period, and flags overdue invoices and anomalies. Action: a personal dashboard link lands here — open it for a printed-statement-style daily brief with this week's number, a % change badge, a revenue line chart, the day's anomalies, and a short narrative summary.

Share this sheet with [email protected], Viewer access, before submitting.

We'll flag a warning if revenue drops more than this percentage vs last period.
